Vacant Property
Once we’ve scheduled an installation for your property, all we need is for you to provide access to the space. We will strip the old floor and get rid of it, and install your new vinyl linoleum.
Occupied Property
We will communicate with you and your tenant on when we will be there for the job and when it has been finished. In order to provide a speedy process, we do require that furniture and belongings have been moved from the necessary rooms.

- Don’t slide or move heavy objects across the floor

- Don’t see abrasive cleaners
- Don’t use bleach or ammonia based cleaners
